SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE
 

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure a spot at your desired time and to avoid disappointment. Before using the facilities, you are required to sign a safety waiver. When you book online, you can sign the waiver in advance, so that on arrival, you can simply check in with the host and commence your session. We do allow walk-ins and are able to take card payments on site, however you will still be required to submit your contact details and sign the safety waiver via a QR code. If upon arrival, the session is full or has already started, we can advise you on the next available slot.

Two towels: one for sitting on in the sauna, one for drying yourself after your session. (We do provide sitting towels on site if needed at no additional charge) Swimwear (underwear is not permitted as sauna attire) Note on covering: every visitor to YOYO Yard is required to have their bottom half covered at all times when using the sauna. Regardless of gender, we allow bathers to be topless. Water bottle (We do also provide water and teas included in your session price) Flip flops/sliders Sauna hat (optional)

All our sessions are fully communal, with some exceptions, such as the Babes in Arms sessions, which are for parents and under 1's, the Trans+ sessions, which are for trans, queer, and non-binary folk, and the family sessions, which are aimed at parents and children aged 1-16. We have one large sauna with a capacity of 20 people; it has three sitting levels to allow options for all heat preferences. We also have a cold plunge in a former whisky barrel and a filtered hot tub. For rinsing between rounds and at the end of your session, we have two showers; one which is cold and one which is temperature adjustable with hot and cold capabilities. We have indoor and outdoor gender-neutral changing facilities with private cubicles, as well as a customer bathroom.

At YOYO Yard, we welcome all customers, whether it is your first or 100th sauna session. Sauna is for everyone! Our sauna hosts will be on hand to answer any questions you have and to offer any guidance you might need about the process.

Most of our sessions are 1 hour long, always starting on the hour and finishing on the next. (e.g. 3-4pm) The only exceptions are our lunchtime sessions, where we offer sessions of 30 minutes between 12-2pm, and some of our special events hosted by practitioners, which can last up to 90 minutes. All events will include information regarding their duration.

We have three different types of membership at YOYO Yard. YOYO Sauna Membership Monthly YOYO SAUNA membership: £70 per month 7 sauna sessions per month for a monthly fee of £70. (Equivalent to £10 per session) Membership can be used for any Peak & Off-Peak sauna sessions. Sauna sessions can be shared with friends. This membership excludes special events. Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month. YOYO Sauna Lunch Membership Monthly YOYO SAUNA Lunch membership: £50 per month 15 x 30 minute sessions for £50 per month. Use between 12:00pm - 14:00pm Monday to Friday Memberships renew automatically each month. Excludes special events. Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month. Unlimited YOYO Sauna Membership Monthly Unlimited YOYO SAUNA membership: £150 per month Unlimited Sauna* - £150 per month Valid for use with all peak, off peak and lunch sessions. *2 hours maximum per day. Memberships renew automatically each month. Excludes special events. Credits cannot be carried forward to the next month. UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP CREDITS CANNOT BE USED AMONGST FRIENDS.
